LUX Consulting offers solution-focused and rehabilitative neuropsychiatric services for individuals in need of psychosocial support as well as coaching for individuals with neuropsychiatric syndromes. I also offer coaching for individuals in rehabilitation for mental and addiction-related problems.

I have a solution-focused approach and I use solution-focused methods that offer the participant concrete, practical tools to communicate in an appreciative and encouraging way as well as to master a solid dialogue in order to practice new social skills and to motivate the participant to maintain the new skills obtained during coaching.
I have a holistic approach and always start from the client’s resources and individual needs. The services are offered also online if the client prefers so. The services are offered in Swedish and English
